🛠️ Common Issues and How to Solve Them

🚫 Issue: I can’t log in to my Tailr account.

Solution:

  • Double-check your email and password for accuracy.

  • If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.

  • If the issue persists, contact Tailr Support.


🗂️ Issue: My Library components are not showing up when creating a tech pack.

Solution:

  • Ensure the components have been saved and published in your Library.

  • Refresh your browser or log out and back in.

  • Check if you’re using the correct account or workspace.


📤 Issue: Exported tech pack files are missing components.

Solution:

  • Review your tech pack to confirm all components are added.

  • Make sure each Library item is fully completed and linked.

  • Re-export the file and check the preview before sharing.


🔄 Issue: My changes aren’t saving.

Solution:

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
